Thoughts on L.I. distributors

Have been evaluating sites on Long Island and would like to see any opinions people would have about L.I. distributors in particular. Are they all like this? I want straight answers and they seem the wrong guys to go to. Any help appreciated.

When a distributors interests are not aligned with that of the potential store owner...beware. That is to say..they derive the majority of their sales selling / building stores. They don’t really care if you succeed after they give you the keys.. Many of these megamats are not performing as intended, and guess who's left holding the bag?

With rare exception, The megamat market on most of Long Island is done. I know of a couple of megas for sale that are just treading water :) So be careful and do some vigorous due diligence..What town are you looking at?
