Looking at the net income of a mat is there a general payback based just on the net income. He is asking 200k it is netting 50k a year. Does that price seem out of line. Also should I be concerned with the price of gas almost a 40 percent jump here considering his net was before price jump on gas. Thanks for any help this is a great site I plan to join premium service if I buy the mat.

I am negotiating for a Mat right now and will be paying around 3x net. You have to take into account current gas prices and his current revs. I get the sense that some owners are panicing about the gas runup.

4x net is not out of line for a decent mat with good machines.
I made an offer at 2x net for A mat with crappy machines today.
