Are you guys and girls having trouble with your vending soap clumping up? My Tide,Cheer and Gain has been clumping in the boxes all year with my best effort to keep it in my office in the air conditioning or in a heated enviroment. Biz alway did this ,but now Tide and Cheer? I always buy 20 cases at a time because of the rebate. I think this time I will seal each box in a plastic bag and see if that we help.

also it looks like Oyxiclean or what ever it's called is now available in vending boxes. I'm not sold on this stuff but the customers use it and it may be a big seller. Now if I can find a 20 vend soap machine to put all the new products I'll be alright. :)

I had the same problem. Eventually figured out that the cinder block walls were the problem and, although I don't buy 20 cases at a time, I put each box in a hefty bag and tied it tight. Never had "clumpers" again.

I do have a problem with the clorox II boxes hanging up in the machine. If you notice this is the only product that comes in a waxed coated box.

Anyone with this problem and a solution?

I was thinking of spraying Pam (non-stick cooking spray) in the soap machine chute.

It sounds like you have a vend-rite soap machine. If so, the clorox can only go in slots from the middle to the right (facing the machine). The leftmost slots need the lighter boxes.

Your "pam" idea sounds like a good idea, but time consuming and greasy. I would think that you would end up with a major cleaning problem from spilled soap getting clumpy and sticky. Try a different slot and maybe you'll get lucky.
