building a dream unattended laundromat

if you had to build a dream self running laundromat, what would you have in it. What would you offer the customers? what would you have for remote administration? What do you see working in your unattendant store? What do you see not working?

Washers,dryers,soap vending,coin-op toilet in a building I own. No pay phone or any other vending of any type. If you have other types of vending it attracts people that arn't doing laundry. ( not good ) And I would go with a digital camera system.
