It a book titled "Road to Financial Independence - Self Service Laundry "
It has lots of DETAILED information on assessing a laundries worth (buying or selling). Alot of the small stuff that can make or break a deal (financially speaking) I had not seen covered in other publications.
It retails for $44.95 & is 447 pages. Probably the best book I read as I investigated this industry.

It's listed under the "classified ad's" section, then under general items for sale. I copied & pasted the ad (see below), otherwise just go to the ad section at the top of this site.
