I have "Jarco AJH 50" Boiler 1987.. It start leaking water from inside where flames goes(i did looked at inside, there are round like flex pipe goes around and connect hot water pipe) those flex pipe got rusted and dripping water..
Do I need to buy new Boiler or it is fixable...???? any of you had same problem before... thanks

I would get a plumber in there ASAP. If that thing blows you won't be happy.

sounds like it is shot. Shut it down, most people will not know the difference. The ones that complain make up an excuse and give them a refund, Start shopping for replacement. If you do not have a huge l'mat you may want to look into tankless heaters, and I am sure the new boiler types are very efficient now also.

If you need a new one, I highly recommend the Natco Super-E units. I installed a pair about 6 months ago and they are great.

It is probably fixable. I have burst pipes inside mine before and replaced them.
The question is, is 15 years enough. I say yes!

I think HL is right 15 years is long enough. Just the increased efficancy may pay for the new one.

15 years of use, rotted out heat exchangers cost money just to run. Junk it quick.
