I am trying to get a wdf account of aprons and towels used when doing chicken bar-b-que. They have chicken grease, grease from cleaning racks, and some bar-b-que sauce. I am open to any suggestions on what to use to get them clean. Thank you.

You need very hot water 140+ and an indusrial soap like Hydro-terge. You will have to wash after hours so customers don't see what you're washing in the same washers they use. Also, if you use Hydro-terge when customers are in the store, they will surely complain about the smell. I've done accounts like this, you will hate ever having taken it.

where do I find Hydro-terge?

From a commercial laundry supply house. I think the smallest container is 5 gal. Expensive also.
