I have a Speed Queen toip loader that will not agitate, but it will spin. Any ideas?
Thanks

Transmission. I have had 2 go bad already and they are only 1 year 2 months old. SQ fixed the problem, but too late for the ten I have.

How much does it cost to fix/replace the transmission?
Was the whole thing (parts and labor) covered by their 3-year warranty?
(I'm considering SQ tops... making me nervous now.)

The current SQ tops are fine...I haven't seen any major issues with the latest offerings.
A few questions on your machine...is it spinning when it should be agitating or is the motor just buzzing.
Have you tried swapping the timer?
What model is it?
thanks

I would still only consider SQ Tops. Parts are covered but labor never is after 30 days. 1st one took me 2 hours (I made the mistake of changing every gasket when it really did't need it), second one took 45 minutes to change. At least 20 minutes of that was me whinning because I did not want to do it. I did buy a couple of tools to help me along. The bell pully, some plastic gasket pusher, the nut remover tool, and the parts manual in case I forgot how to put it back together. Can you tell I am not a mechanic?? So if I can do it, you can do it.
