I got home today and checked my mail and I found a strang small package from St. Petersburg Florida.

At first I did not reconize the name on the return address but since the unabomer has long since captured I thought that it was okay to open the package.

When I open the package I found a CD inside. With my paranoia I thought that this CD must have some strange virus on it. Then it hit me, this must be the CD from Pete.

Pete you did a very nice job on your mat and the CD is very valuable.

Many thanks.

I'll have a few question for you after I study the CD.

Pete,

It looks like your mate was an old abandon car garage and you rehabed the building putting on it a new ptched roof, is that correct? HOw big is the building?

A little history.. the building was built as a launrymat/apartment in the early 50's. It ran untill the 70's, became a TV repair, then 80'[s a fruit stand. Late 90's fell apart. I think they just open the gararge doors and open up back then. I repaced all with kneewall and windows.
The roof was fallin in, I cut it up with a chain saw and trashed it.
what the heck is "unabomer" Maybe B is missing? Anyaway, my building is 1640 sq ft . WAs the project of a lifetime. Until now, we are going to do something this the adjoining lots, so more head/heartache

My bad. Meant "Unabomber" aka Theodore Kaczynski the guy who sent mail bombs back in the 70's & 80's.

Anyway. You did a beautiful job and you should be very proud of it.
