Well, I got that phone call that we all would hate to get this AM

Supposedly a customer sat in a chair and it collapsed. The accident is supposed to have happened at 7pm last night. My cleaner was there from 6:15pm-8:15pm and saw nothing. I have also talked to a customer this morning who was there until 9pm and saw nothing. I am wondering how I should proceed. She went to ER and was treated and released

My brother is going right now to get the chair and the video tape. I have called my agent to talk to him about it. I also told the attendant to write down everything she saw (or didn't see). What have I missed?

kyle, If your video covers the whole mat and shows nothing I would invite the person over and ask them to show you on the tape where this happened. If they are bluffing and now relize you tape the place they may quietly slink off.
Be sure to review the tape yourself first so there are no suprizes.
On the surface it sounds bogas.

Well, my brother has the chair. Said it appeared the front screws of the chair cushion had been unscrewed. We have the videotape and will review it. I will keep you informed.

let your insurance company handle it, they do it every day. Gather as much information as possible and present it to them.

I had a woman break her nose yesterday after walking into my front glass. She wants me to put a sign on the glass.

Needless to say I woke the sign guy up this morning and have him there Monday morning!!!
