Magtag Top Loader

We have a Magtay Top Loader that will fill up and do it's wash cycle, and then drain and spin and then it will start to fill up with the rinse water and only go half way and it will automatically stop dead. When you put in another set of quarters it will start all over again but finish everything complete.

Any suggestions?

If you have more than one I would swap the timers and see if the problem moves.

Change timer. 23001083 is the parts #.

if it is the older Maytag top with the timer that has about 20 leads to it you are in for fun:(

What is the model and serial # and I will give you the correct # The problem he is having is notorious for this timer.
