I found a note on one of the dryer pocket the drum does not
rotate. What I found was 3 screws jamed the the holes of the basket once I removed the screws everything was fine. My question is was the belt spinning on the pulley or is there any overload
protection, do I need to check anything?

Thank you

I have had this happen before. I think if you are lucky the motor overheats and shuts down. If the dryer is working now you should be in the clear, don't look back

The only thing I would check are the belt(s) to make sure they did not burn a hot spot in them.

Its simple enough to take a peek thru the Belt-Inspection-Cover, & see what condition the belt is in - verify nothings amiss in there.

Those belts are not really hi-tension, so will slip when such a positive stop like you describe occurs.
