Just bought two new Speed Queen Horizon 18lb Frontloaders. Soft Mount. Model SWRT61.
The programming book says to hold down the two left buttons 1 and then another to enter the manual program mode.
When I do this with mine, instead of coming up with the PROG message, I come up with SP, CYC, C1 & C2.
Even with these options, I don't seem to be able to adjust them.
Does anybody have any experience with this equipment?
I don't want to have to run these machines at a $1 a load.
Thanks for any help you might give.

You are doing the first step correct which is open the service door and press and hold normal key then hit hot key, "SPC" should come up. Then while holding Perm Press key hit the cold key. That will get you into the first parameter "SIG", Then use del or cold to scroll to the "HNC", "ANC "dNC" and change the pricing accordingly. If you read the manual its right there in black and white. Here is the manual in case yours is missing something.

Ok, the maunal I gave you is not for you model but it should function similar in you washer. The CD I have doesn't have that model.

I think you are on the right track, but my interface is different.
My model is not listed in the PDF file you left for me to download.
My interface looks like the one attached here. MDC
But my problem seems to be that instead of getting these options
AtS
dEn1
dEn2
PLSE
CyCL
CnFg
dCyC
as stated in the programming guide for the MDC Frontload Washer,
I am getting
SP
CyC
C2
C1
I get four options vs. the seven stated in the book. I have read the book 10 times, It just seems like the book is different than what I am getting. But I will try and use the approach in the booklet you left attached.
Thanks,
Dan

They called me back directly from the factory on monday. Impressive.
Anyway... Problem was that coin drop box was not long enough to reset the switch in the back. Little tiny switch way in the back.
Thanks for your help.
