Unfortunately I do not have the manual for this changer. Once every couple of days I get the PWRFLT error code. When I turn the changer's power off and turn it back on, it works fine....for a few days. When the error occurs, the bill acceptor runs over and over and over as if it is constantly trying to accept bills. Has anyone ever had this problem and how do you fix it?

I would say that Standard has what is possibly THE best TEchnical Support staff in any aspect of this industry.
Whether it is in a regional or HQ location, each of those guys KNOWS their product & THOROUGHLY, and will spend unhurried time in going over it with you.
They've gone into after-hours, and worry until you've resolved the issue.
Hard to see it any better than that.
Call them.

I bought a UPS power supply and that cut out alot of the problems. There is also a 65 watt power supply that can be replaced in the field.

Didn't see that response in my manual.
I do know that Standard has told me several times that 'clean' power is essential to proper functionality of their board - to the extent that they suggest you take your power supply (that is the black steel box in the lower right of most units) to a local repair depot for a once-over.
I know nothing about electronics - so its not just literally a black box to me - but when i did that, it cleared up other problems twice.
The charge was very reasonable.

Thanks MichaelCa. I spoke to a tech this morning who also said to take in the power box along with the bill acceptor for a cleaning. He said it would take approx 1.5 hours totaling around $100. I just wonder why it's not something that can be done ourselves for 2 reasons: 1) to save the $100, and 2) so that one of my changers isn't offline for a few days.

The power supply "box" is nothing more than a 2 outlets, a interface/relay board and a switching power supply. This switching power supply is replaceable by itself and is typiclly the cause of many problems. BTW I had one go out today!
