How do you check the fan and the inverter
the alarm happened 3 times in 2 weeks.
Is the fan supposed to be on all the time
or only when the inverter heats up?
Thanks

The fan should be on all the time.

The error "VARO" you're getting on the Aurora actually refers generally to the INVERTER - not necessarily just the fan.
It is a very sensitive Inverter Board i can tell you that - just looking at it wrong will make it bark - LOL .... i'm only half-joking...
I've replaced 2 of these puppies so far. But have had to deal w/ many more issues that CAUSE the Inverter to go into sick mode. (i.e. "heat" up)
Tell us more about what's going on

The machine goes into alarm at the end of the hi extract cycle
as it finished it has happed 3 times in the last 2 weeks.
I bought 2 units as a trial, customers seem to like the 3.5 turns
per day and climbing
I received my parts today some time this weekend I will look
to see if the fan is working (very tiny fan) if the fan is working
them I must change the inverter.

What is happening is, the head/overload sensor is protecting the inverter (actually, the motor) from frying.
There are several things you can do, depending on what is happening.
Question: once you turn off, then on again, power to the machine, does the alarm return eventually or not ? also, when you run a test wash afterwards (or, ideally, a much shorter test cycle) does the alarm go off again ?

What I found was the little fan was not going on all the time
I pushed it and it started. I do not have the right driver
to remove the 2 screws. Does anybody no what size driver?
I sprayed with wd40 and it started 5 times I tryed.
I will buy the driver and change the fan when I find the size.
Continetal is closed today.
Thanks

The mounting screws for several of the whitish/yellow plastic-base subunits (such as the fan) are 1/16" (1.5mm) narrow slotted screw heads.
I've not had to take off the fan separately - so not 100% sure its the same, but i've observed they like consistency.
What you describe sounds more like a mechanical problem with the fan operation - not actually an inverter board problem. That said, of course, No fan=High heat=Fried board.
Nevertheless, it has been a potentially over-heated board, due to the sensitivity of the machine to oversudsing, that has caused the majority of the problems.
ONE THING: I certainly hope you are not purchasing any parts - this is under warranty coverage from Continental.

Continental has been very good. All parts at n/c
I must return old parts (who pays for freight)?
I bought a torx set I will change the fan that is simple.
Thanks

Continental has been very good I'm glad to hear it - thats been my experience too.
However, trying to get them to re-engineer parts to better address an obvious engineering problem, is a different story.
Of course, that can be said of MANY manufacturers.
Here however, there's an additional wrinkle, in that there's an extra layer since the Mfr is actually in europe, and Continental USA is in more of a subsidiary/advisory role - they can be sympathetic, but at times, powerless (regarding engineering)
I guess its like making a U-turn on a battleship.
It's a shame, because cost-effective solutions exist for what are minor yet often cumulatively debilitating problems. With just a few tweaks, it would be a GREAT machine. I still cling to the belief its better than its nearest competitor: Neptune.
Continental IS good at working with you, if you appear sympathetic to them - they get into defensive mode, in adversarial situations.
That may not be fair sometimes, but such is life.
What can be truly frustrating is working THRU some of their dealers - i'd rather chew glass.

P.S. customer pays freight
