SQ SC25 question

I have a 2 machines that are stumping me big time, both are SQ SC25's.
Customer will start them and they will read 'shut door' on the display and won't start. Needless to say the doors are shut, this only happens maybe twice a week and when I go to check them they work fine.
Any ideas?

Check the guide block for the latch...it's probably worn, allowing the handle to miss that little tab,,,or the tab on the lever is bent out of position.

The switch (brownish-red one) is being pushed in when the door is latched, I even replaced that switch thinking it was bad.

This is a long shot idea but cheap...

Replace the door latch roll pins
when they get a little worn or bent they do funny things. On mine they kept the washer running for hours untill I arrived to shut it down.
