When i put on new belt i saw motor drop way down and belt pull it up.
Is there a motor holder that keep motor stay up and put less stress on belt?
I got 2 w125 and other still on original belt . what is a problem that on my w125 that keep breaking belt ? Any suggestion that i need to take a look before put on another belt ?

Are you buying cheap aftermarket belts or high quality belts such as ones made by Good Year? Did you make sure that the motor puller was inline with the drum pulley? It the motor pulley chiped cracked or otherwise have any rough edges?

Also, what size belt are you using?
I did not check motor pully but i will check before put on new belt today.
When i put belt on need alot of force ( look like belt a bit small ) I bough
one from HKPARTS , XX-800 on belt this belt last 1 month then order
3 more belt from partking as i remember they make me place a order of $75 buck minimun because they did not have belt in stock because they need to order from factory. Anyway same belt come XX-800 no other label on belt ( still have 3 more of this belt on my hand, LOL )
How do i know what belt make by goodyear? is there a good year print on belt ?

If it is a Goodyear belt it will be printed on the belt. If you are buying a belt for $4.00 it is a piece of garbage made in China.

I learned my lesson about buy cheap stuff from China. For just about anything pay a bit more and stuff last 3 or 4 time longer.
Anyway i was wrong about what machine that not turn due to belt base on call that i got yesterday. Machine that has orginal belt is broken. Put on new belt and got hard time to check to see if belt sit on motor pulley by using hand to feel it from front of machine. I need to buy a mirror on stick to do that next time. I saw they sale that one some where and never figure it out why anyone would need it. LOL...
Anyway thank you for all the input and i did stick my hand way in and inspect motor pulley.

I agree with William, you'll be suprised at the price from Wascomat. Make sure your motor belt spring is in the right location.

I checked and there is no motor belt spring on W125. I did not know
two place that sold me chinese make belt and they are not
cheap either. I saw a CHINA word on my belt today. If anyone buying
belt make sure you get Good quality belt. I am on my four belt less
than 10 month.
I will give wascomat a call. Are they make you do a minimun order ?

Hi Geo,
I dont care where your belts are from, if you are going through that many that quickly you have another issue. From your earlier posts I have the impression that you are trying to put the belt on from the top of the machine and then reaching through to see if it is on the motor pulley... Take the back off the machine and do it from there. It's a whole lot easier and there is no chance of getting it on wrong.

Joe,
Put belt from top with flash light down at motor is so
easy and fast. For reaching to motor pulley just to
feel if pulley is smooth and no edge on pulley that will cut belt.
Geo
to see if there any problem. Install

Your call of course, I've just never heard of anyone going through this many belts without there being an underlying problem...even the cheap belts. I just thought that a peek from the back might shed some light on the issue.
