I have a SQ Triple Front Loader, were the customer put 3 Tide vend boxes in and still could not see any soap in the window, allthough she did admit to have heavy jeans and a som other heavy stuff. I checked the drain, thinking the drain was stuck open, but usually if thats the case it will get stuck in in between rinse and spin cycles. Anyway there was nothing stuck, I then put my own soap in there with nothing in it and there was soap. I am thinking by physically moving the trap door in the drain with my hand I might have done something, or should I write this off as to much heavy items. Does anyone know why you would not see soap, other than the heavy clothes issue.
