Greenwald horizontal four

I have a Whirlpool washer and dryer in a apartment complex I own and they have horizontal four coin slides.
Does anyone know if I can change these to Vertical 8's without modifications?

You should just have to swap the extention. I've never had to modify a whirlpool to accomodate a vertical eight...that seems to be reserved for older Maytags.
