I've had the bill to bill changer for about 6-8 months and the thing has never worked. On average it goes out of order 3 times a day. I only place ATM quality 5's inside and they still always get stuck. I clean with alcohol almost every day. I also have an ATM machine and have never even had one single jam.
Starting Saturday I've had a new problem, i can't get the machine to work at all, normally a bill just gets stuck(I remove the bill, re set the machine and everything is back to normal) right now it seems that 2-3 bills get stuck and it immediately goes out of order? I was wondering what it could be? It blinks 10 times which says dispenser b is jammed?
Who's the best person at Standard to talk to? what there #?thanks Adam
It's an easycard store and usually does about $1500 a day in change from the bill to bill machine

First Question. Look inside the box that holds the bills to be dispensed. Are there 2 springs pushing the bills into position, or just one? If one, get Standard to change it out for one that has 2 springs.

There are some very sensitive adjustments, that are difficult to get right. I'm pretty mechanical, but this is tricky. If you are having this much trouble, send it back to Standard for repair and adjustment. You only need to send the dispensing unit.

Finally, how many bills are you putting in? I find that the unit doesn't like more than about 350 bills.

It doesn't make any difference which division you call or send the unit to. The main office is in Indianapolis. Look on their website for the service center nearest you. They respond quicker to items that are shipped in via Red Label overnight shipping.
