"drain-valve" won't close SQ SC27

I checked my SQ SC27's drain valve won't close during wash, is there any way to fix this problem?? I tried switch another valve but still have same problem, any help??

The first thing I'd do is check for 120VAC going to the drainvalve. If I didn't find it there I'd check for it at the buss bar in the control compartment. The wires are marked DV and DVN (I think) and are in the rear left corner. (1st and 3rd screws?) If I'm not getting 120V there start tracing the wires back to the timer looking for anything loose or shorted.
