Is there any way (simple) to check if the motor is "dead" for use a multi-meter?? I have already switch the computer see if it cause the problem, but no luck~~ also the "door open" light is off, so i think the thermostat is working fine.., checked door switch with no problem.
please advise!!

Open the back control box and attach the meter to the motor wires while you start the dryer if you get 120 volts then your motor is bad.

I've checked the motor connection, there're 3 wires goes into the motor, so can you state more detail which 2 wires I need to check for 120Volts? thanks

The two that should have 120 volts to it, LOL.
No really, the wire colors should be yellow and gray, but I have seen some variances. The red is the output from the motor to the heat circuit.
