My 32DG stacks has two different problems that I never figured it out.

1. No Heat. When I run test the Temp remains at 40. Then when I try it later, it works fine. Next day same problem again.

2. When I test it, it will go straight into Cool Down mode but when I try it again in few minutes, it works fine.

Does anyone have similar problems?

Thanks,

Howard

Try switching out the IEI and computer boards with known good ones.
I have had 32dg's in several mats for a long time and never heard about the cool down problem you described.

The amazing thing is that the problem disappear for few days without swapping anything and then the problem resurfaces for a day.

The advice to swap out is good. Your boards may have intermittent problems (the most common). However, there is one more thing to check that is vibration and temperature sensitive. Shut the power off, open the box where the IEI board is located, and wiggle each lead running into the two relays on the right. If any are slightly loose, crimp the shovel clip just a little with a pair of pliers (just a little) and reseat the clip.

Let us know how things work out.
