Hi everyone just joined have look through some of the threads. Still looking. We live in Florida and have decided we want to open a coin operated laundry w a WAF. Have seen some bids on some but not sure of all the meanings. can you help

What is EBTTDA?

What is FF&E (sometime included in price)?

What are CAM fees?

Are there any special license's needed?

What is a average per pound for WAF?

We are looking for a place already established, that we can add WAF to if needed.

Any other help will be helpful we know this is not a overnight project.

Just to bring you up to speed.

WAF is actually WDF = wash-dry-fold

EBTTDA is actually EBTIDA = Earnings Before Taxes-Interest-Depreciation-Amortization

FF&E = Furniture-Fixtures & Equipment

Cam Fees = the common areas of a shopping center

Licenses depend on area of laundromat. Check with local and state governments.

For WDF service, I am not sure but, there are plenty of people on this message board who have experience in this area.
