I'm off on Saturday to Maui and Kaui for 2 weeks.
Cross your fingers for me (or say a prayer if that's your thing), that my unattended mat will survive with just my capable cleaning lady.
I told her if the place has a complete disaster, don't call me, I don't want to know until I get back :)
Aloha,
John

Have fun. Make sure you go to 'little beach' in Maui. You have to climb over some rocks to get there. Put sun block on your butt before you go:-)
I'm leaving the 18th for Naples FL. to visit family for 1-1/2 weeks.
Hope we both don't have stories to tell later this month.
at my last unattended matt, the fire dept said to keep a key to the back rooms in a 'key box' that the fire depts have access to. Not cheap.

Someone could make lots of money just being a mat sitter around the country. I would give then a few weeks work a year in vegas. If I could find the right person.

I travel out of town often on my full-time job, I love to be able to watch the mat across the internet to keep up with what is going on. With a 24 hour laundry it was the ony way to go. When I am home I am just five minutes away.

I'm back (sadly) from a perfect Hawaii vacation. The mat survived, minus a busted door on my 40-lb ipso machine. Customer had clothes locked in there, decided to get them out any way possible. That and a couple of jammed coin slots.
Watched my kids at big beach while the wife made the trek over to little-beach. Only later did I find out about the 'special quality' of little beach :)
Looking out on rainy, cold Chicago land weather really blows after being in oceanfront condos for 2 weeks. Oh well, I have to start making money again, I suppose.
