I have (1) W74 that starts in the rinse cycle and drops off to wash RPM, then back to rinse RPM then back again, when near end of rinse then it starts to keep spining @ rinse speed.
Thanks for the tips in advance

I don't have your answer. However, if you stand next to your machine and call the Wascomat technical line, they will help you to solve the problem. They are extremely good at troubleshooting.

Could be a couple of things. Is the water fully drained, if not it is designed to do that to prevent the motor from burning out due to the high load with water in it. The other thing is that the extract relay may be failing, open the top and take a look at it. Might possibly be a faulty pressure switch that is giving a bad signal to the timer.

This week alone I called Wasco and Dexter tech lines. With my Wasco problem I got a quick decise answer, Dexter I got I don't think the new part will work on the older machine(I'm thinking don't think) Don't get me wrong I like my 12 year old Dexters they are a good profitable machine but their tech support sucks, they only had 2 techs on duty. Thats why I perfer Wascos and ADCs great tech support.

Kirby, I tried to return your PM, but your mailbox was too full.

I called yesterday @ 3:50 central time and got no answere.
This realy bummed me out.
I would rather ask the boys on Coinwash, than call long distance with no answere. Coinwash rules for questions such as mine.
Bin there, done that attitude is why I rather ask Coinwash members. Any and all thoughts are welcome to help me figure out my problem with Mr. W74. Quarry

Two things to check. If your Drain Valve is not closing all the way and leaking, It will go back and forth between Rinse and Wash Cycle. It finishes the rinse cycle and starts to wash but meanwhile the water level goes down due to leak in the drain valve and it starts to rinse again.
If this is the case the entire wash cycle would take very long time to finish.

The secon thing I would check is the Water Level Control. Clean the tube and if necessary replace the Water Level Control.
