Ipso Motor

I am not trying to be funny here but can you rewire a 3 phase Ipso to be a single phase if not Can a Wasco motor be wired to fit the Ipso.

No , single phase has a different winding.
Wasco to Ipso, Gen three would be the easiest. Same connection plug. Shaft od is different, You'll have to find the right pulley, keeping the same od as the Ipso. Change the rubber bushings.The H.P., RPM, & voltage, need to be the same. It's do-able.
