A few weeks ago I called Wascomat about a drip coming from the
bottom of the door. I was told that the gasket was not used anymore
that I should buy form a gasket in a can. I removed the door assemble
and cleaned around the drum and sprayed around the drum where
the door assemble mounts and replaced the door, what a mess I made
I had to clean around the drum and the door gasket.

My leak was coming from the door gasket, so I will wait
until tommorrow and see, How do you change the door gasket?

Thanks

This trick was taught to me by an old timer. It may work for you????

If the gasket is not torn, take a piece of string (Kite string)
There is a gap in between the outer gasket rap the string between all the way around
That usually tightens the seal
It’s a quick fit to keep the floor dry ;)

Just cleaning out all the sand and grit will fix the leak sometimes.

The assumption here is that the leak is around the door gasket, which is fairly typical.

First, take the door gasket and physically rotate it about 90 degrees. Clean any crud off the gasket and off the drum.

If that doesn't solve the problem, tie a cord inside the gasket slot, two wraps of a thin cord is what I usually do, tied with square knot and cleaned up. The idea is to simply put a little more pressure on the gasket.
