My 2000s' SC27 has "No" hot water in "hot" wash cycle, any advice?
I checked there's no problem of hot water supply into the machine and also when in rinse cycle, there's hot water supply into the "Downy dispenser"
thanks

Since you washer has 2 three way valves (cold and hot) instead of the mixing valve you will either need to change the diaphragm in the port that there is no water coming out from or replace the whole valve. The choice is yours. I would also check to see if the wires haven't come off and that you have 120 volts at the coil when you should be getting water out of the port.
New valve part # is F381728 or you can use the Wasco 3 way valve, 823654. If you use the Wasco part you'll have to remove the restrictor from one port and move it to the correct port. Diaphragms are part #823492.

any idea which port is used to pour hot water during wash cycle?? and any special tool needs to change the Diaphragms?? any instructions? what is the restrictor and what is this used for?? sorry for too many questions !! thanks
Follow hot water hole then you know what port . if you do not know much about replace diaphragm then replace a whole water valve, still cheaper then call service guy.

Like Geo said follow the fabric softener compartment hose back to the valve. That will be the port. There is a special tool to remove the diaphragm from the valve but it doesn't come with the Alliance washers. It does come with Wasco washers and is usually tied to the hose inside the machine. You don't need the tool though, a pliers will be just as good as long as you don't squeeze the stem too tight. Just grab the stem with the pliers and turn counter-clockwise to remove.
The restrictor is used on the fab softener port to limit the water flow into the soap dispenser cup as you wouldn't want or need the full force of the water there. You only need enough to fill and overload/overfill the fab soft siphon cup.
If in doubt on how to change the diaphragm then replace the whole valve.
