Neptune computer won't clear

I have a Neptune that stopped before the final spin out. I went through the codes and thought I cleared everything, but I can't get the read out back to "0" minutes and the cycle to start. The panel says 16 minutes and flashes"reselect cycle" Nothing changes when I reselect cycle. How do I clear out the computer and get it to cycle correctly?

Open the service door on the vault assembly and push and hold the lower right button until the entire display flashes then close the service door. Open and close the washer door. You should be all cleared.
