wasco timer issue?

I have a wasco w75 that has an "od" on the set-o-matic display. I have switched the door lock and coinboard and am still having the same "open door" output error.

I am going to move on to the timer next but have never had any timer issues and was looking for some advice so i don't waste any more time.
