How have people removed the two rivets that hold the top panel to the coin meter housing. I'd guess drilling or tapping out, but has anyone removed these top panels for painting brown to black before. I want to do this and add the new instruction signs and namestrip in addition to painting the main panels. Thanks for any input

A small drill bit that fits right through the middle of the rivet can be used. Then drill on a 45 degree angle using a pair of vise-grips to hold the rivet so it does not spin. Takes about 30 seconds, I did it on all my machines to put in the card system.
