OK, not to get into a big discussion of the pro's and con's of capital punishment, but this guy beat and robbed a coin laundry worker!

An owners' wife was stabbed to death about 4 years ago around noontime, no witness, no killer found yet. If they do catch him, I am sure George W's brother Jeb will have no problem putting the dude into 'ol sparky

Morris already had arrests for assault, robbery, weapons and drug possession, and had served at least two prison terms, when he was arrested for stabbing Fields and beating him with a hammer while demanding money.
They should have killed him earlier, It's always the scumbags who end up killing the working folks.... and always the liberal weenies who give them multiple chances to do it..
Anyone want to re-open the thread about carrying a gun?
Or was the judge that let this guy out after his previous arrest supposed to protect the victim???

We are part of our own problems by giving so many chances to people who make poor choices. Not that I believe necessarily in capital punishment it is our system that promotes multi crime felons/criminals etc. Our fore fathers never fathomed people would place their right hands upon the bible and swear to tell the truth but do everything but to get them selves out of hot water or someone they know out of trouble by speaking anything but the truth.
No one is made responsible for their actions and it is only a few 1000 throughout the USA that ends up on death row. We have the highest crime rate because our penalties are so lenient. If every crime carried such a punishment maybe the ones with little conscience might think twice? Remember the kid overseas that was caned because he put graffiti all over cars? USA was screaming in human punishment. I bet that kid knows the difference between right and wrong.

I love it, but is it economical to vend for a quarter? may have to price it at a $1.00 with the current utility prices. Also can we substitute the dummy for random customers?

The problem with capital punishment is that it makes killers/murders out of the people who carry out the sentence and spreads; philosophically throughout the culture. I would prefer that people who do not wish to live in a civilized society are no longer forced to do so. For the encouageables and murders and accountants/ceo's that destroy the lives of many, two small islands in the middle of the pacific, one male, one female would be suitable. no facilities to be provided. No policing on the island. Some basic provisions provided with each new interment. The waters to be patroled by the U.S. Navy and any attempts to approach or leave the island are met with deadly force, no exceptions. They deserve the company of others of their own ilk.

If it makes me a killer to fry someone who took an innocent life. Then so be it. It does'nt bother me a bit the guy got what was comming to him. But democritus remember the statment "innocent" That is not what the killer is only the victim. The island thing would be good only if we could make them swim through shark infested water to get there.

Death ohhhh yaaaaaaaaa
When the evidence is irrefutable.
Otherwise send them to that island.
Being an "hangman" no more makes a murder than being in the military.
One last thing; if everyone whore a gun after the first year or so folk would not be so quick to make bad choices During that year the heard would be thinned and innocents would get it but they are getting it now.
While we are on the controversial subjects: How is it that the "good guys" government employees have the right to keep and bear fully automatic weapons, and I the solid taxpaying member of the masses do not. Ya there is a license procedure but the rights forfeited and cash required are provided. I know many cops who keep these weapons at home, and several convicted felons, but very few "gun enthusiast" that admit to it.
