How often should I clean my drain lines (pipes) for my 20 top loaders? And what is the easiest/simpliest way to going about doing this?

When you see the standpipes start to overflow when one or more washers are running at the same time. Other than that I wouldn't worry about it.

sorry i am new - Whats a standpipe?

It is the pipe that each washer drains into. It should be no less that 36" off the floor.
