All I want for Christmas

Just got home from one of my Mats covering for one of my Attendants. All I want for Christmas is a Laundry Cart with a wheel locking system with a remote control so that if I pointed it at one the wheels would lockup. This is truly all I want or maybe a Star trek phassor to vaporize the kids that will not leave my carts alone. Is this asking to much? :mad:

May be you can figure out a way to have coin release on the carts. Charge 25 cents or tokens to release the cart and you can provide that token or quarter to customers who want cart. This way they can use it for free but kids would have to come to you to get the locked cart released.

with Thanksgiving approaching I say my thanks for the fact that laundry carts are much harder to steer than the grocery store carts and therefore I do not have that many ripped off. Amen.

There's a grocery store in the area that has that kind of locking system. You put a quarter in a slot to get a basket and when you return it you push a piece of metal back in it and you get the quarterback. It's amazing all their carts are always in the basket rack. I'll bet this system saves them big bucks every year from stolen baskets to labor of someone going out collecting all the baskets all over the lot.

when i traveled alot years back I remember a grocery store in Prauge, you had to pay some coin to use the cart. Also had to pay for the bags they put the grocery in or bring your own.
part of this memory relapse involves a laundromat.. It had many FL soft mounts all over the place, with mini type dryers sitting every where, some on top of the washers, some "stacked" 3 high. Wire cords everywhere. I think you payed when you walked in, I do not rememeber any coin slides. The whole place was sort in disarray. But as mats go, it was hoppin'
