What is the best way to get (keep) these things clean? This was a poor engineering solution and were stuck with it. Even my attendants are frustarated with this design.

I'm looking for something to spray in and leave over night to lossen the soap-cake buildup. How are you keeping ahead of this?

Agreed - terrible design. I replaced 3 of them already. We take the tray completely out and drop it a bucket of water and clean it with a stiff brush.
