New Wasco Dryers coming

I talked yesterday with the techs at Wasco. The Gen 2 dryers are in the pipeline, with substantial improvements over the TD3030s. A big change will be changing to a better fan and eliminating the secondary lint screens. The computer boards will be relocated. Release should be before the end of the year.

I won't buy the first model or first improve model,let Wasco work out all the bug first.

I just had my repair guy change a fan yesterday (the first fan ATE the "plate that flaps" next to it)
and it is completely redesigned and beefed up, weighs twice as much.

I just installed 6 new TD-3030's last week, and the service guy tells me the "inside" is different. maybe I have new ones.

I hope this is the beginning of the end of the annoyances (they swear it is :-)
