World's Laugest Laundromat in IL,it also has largest solar hot water system in IL burned down on Sat.

Just curious, when you talk about world's largest laundromat, how big it was ?

The store was in a few megs,it was about 13000sqft store,they named it "largest laundromat" about 20 years ago,it was largest in USA at time,don't know right now.It was in the same loacation over 50 years.
One of handyman/mangner is my friend,I visited the store a few time,not best looking store but interested.

According to the news the place had 250 machines. No detail on the mix, but that's big by any standard.

This is the one that was written up in 'The Journal' not too long ago showing off its mega bucks solar panel system.
