Hi, AFG. Welcome to Coinwash.

Other than your local paper, there are a few different avenues that will assist in your search:

1. Business brokers
2. Multiple Listing Service (real estate database)
3. Speak to equipment distributors and laundromat/coin-op repair shops.
4. Walk into every laundromat in the areas you would like to own and have casual conversations about the business with the owner.

Number 4 is the best way. You will be surprised how many are for sale (or will be for sale) that are not listed with any broker or havent been advertised at all. Without being too forward, I am pretty sure most here would agree.

P.S. The worst way? In my opinion: number 1. If you do a search or read as many posts as you can you will understand.

On another note I am sure that the classified section will flourish in time. Just be prepared - I think it a fantastic idea that will see its day.
