There is not and never have been 100% trustworthy distributors. You must look out for yourself, it's your money at risk. There are some trustworthy repairmen but their schedules tend to be booked far in advance.

As far as I know most laundromat owners fix their own machines,hire serviceman when they have to or big/hard job like bearing job...
Distributors are all the same.They sell what make them money.A lot distributors will even build stores next to you if you have good location!
