Dose anyone use a computer for drop off, if so what software do you use? If not were look for one.

Buy a database software like FoxPro or Access. Then learn to program. You can make one by urself. It will take time, may be years.
Or u can pay me $1000.00 I will make a customized software for u.

The one I have seen advertised the most is called Shopkeeper Plus, but I don't know anyone who has used it.

I remember seeing another software package mentioned in one of the new store writeups in either this month's or last month's issue of The Journal that was oriented to laundromats.

I use a POs system from Bright computer system in NY and I have had it for about a year now with no serious problems. If there was any problem you can depend on them to help you out. If you don't speak chinese you just have to bare with them a little but they are very good. You can call up anytime and they will arrange to help you over the phone and send someone out if they can as soon as possible at no cost. VERy helpful.. I definitely give them a high rating for service and quality of their system.
