standard change problem

I have 2 Standard, sys 500. This morining, the changer give only 10 quarters for $5, no matter what I program. It give correct change to other bills. I recalibrate it, program it to give 10 quarter from A and B each, or just give 20 quarters from A, still it only give out 10 fir a $10

Try swapping the validators and see if the problem moves. Also check the phone cords to/from the hopper and validator.

Also try setting everything to zero. Then press the "reset" switch. Also toggle the power. - wait about 5 seconds before turning ON. The reprogram coins. I would be interested in knowing if this doesn't work for you.

I had an issue where my hopper 'A" wasn't responding no matter what I did. I tried the above and it worked.

I just reprogram again and again 4 times. Now they're working
