How are the new laundries people built doing? Are you doing as well as you thought? Gjnic and Mark are 2 new owners that come to mind.

What is it you'd like to know? TPD, above projections? Revenue?

I have been open about 15 months, my revenue is between 75% and 80% of where I want it to be.. so I am making a little bit of money now and the rest is all gravy!
I also plan on raising my prices over the next 3 months..
The only thing that scares me is my growth over the winter was flat and now I am growing slowly.. but I am growing.. hopefully it will not flatten out for a while.....

Tgifbos, I grew steadly for 3 years it was slow growth but none the less growth. Sounds like you are on the right track. That's great.

Good luck

I went out of business. No just kidding. It leveled off and it stays the the same each month give or take a few hundred. It's profitable and going smooth however you can never let it just take care of it's self. It will spiral down if you do.

The last store we built for a customer is going nuts!9 TPD + Of course it has blown all our minds but when we looked back on the pro-forma its right on.30 days to break even 60 days to somewhat profitable to 120 days to insane and now its still climbing.I'm currently bottling the formula that will be available to all of you soon.....

Out of the last 10 you built, how many were any good? I mean, good.

My area is officially saturated at this point. My nearest existing competitor has turned over 3 times since one of the corporates and I opened at progressively lower sales prices.

Stay tuned!

You go boy! Holding competition at bay and making a dent in the market is positive!

Making a profit is positive, making dents are meaningless.
