Attention WDF operations:

What is your busiest PICK-UP day?

That is, what day of the week do you have the most customers that come back to pick up their WDF.

NOT the busiest drop off day. Ask your attendants.

Thank you! :)

Pick-up day varies as a direct function of the following:

Fx( weather, phase of moon, GDP, price of sugar, people's mood, and three confidential variables). I have this down to a science. When you throw in those three other variables it becomes almost 100% random - i.e. they come when the fever strikes them.

I will give you one of Kirby's "confidential variables"

a pick-up will occur on the day that an underwear drawer is discovered to be empty :-)

Mike, how am I supposed to make any money if you are giving away all my confidential information?

Kirby,

My variables are slightly different. My customers are prepared to "go commando". However, they will come in when the lack of clean socks coincides with the gov't checks. This may not hold true in the warmer weather as they may go foot commando!

Busiest "pickup" day, ...that would be any morning of the midweek. OH, wait ...that may be a different type of pickup ;)

oops, thats what happens in a younger, no-families area

Thanks for voting. I wanted to look at this WDF thing from a different angle. We are starting off a limited pickup time WDF service (read, limited attendance), so naturally I wanted to find out what the coinwash.com standard was for the busiest pick up day. Something like that. Now I'm off to pick up some quarters.

Although eveytime I think I have observed a pattern for anything in laundry - it changes week to week - and blows my theory.

Having said that - Thursday is a busy drop off time cause people are thinking about the weekend and so they pick it up Friday. Sometime - Monday are busy drop off cause they did not get to it over the weekend - so they would pick up Tuesday.

WDF pickup attempts seem busiest on those rare occasions that I am not here
