wash time

For those of you with equipment that allows you to set the wash, rinse, spin time, what would you suggest these be set at?

My top loaders are set for a 15 minute wash and one 1 minute rinse. I have been told this is better than most people in town.

I do have a bank of machines that was hardly ever used so I tried something different. I set the wash times to 8 minutes, left the price the same and I market these as "express" machines and the sign states "good for small loads or lightly soiled clothes" and these machines are suddenly getting used more than before. I wouldn't recommend doing this with all of your machines as people appreciate a longer wash cycle.
