Buy a Small American changer #1002, but make sure it has a Mars Validator. Normally around $1000.00. New.

I know some one with a (Used)Standard 600 series ( the latest series) that holds $800 in quarters. E-mail me and I'll give you his #. He will sell at a very reasonable price and is very honest.

Check to be sure that it will take the newest $20. My machine is 3 months old and it does not accept the new "colorful" 20's.

if your chager is only 3 months old, most companies will offer free update.

That's what I was thinking. I will have to call them and check with them. I have never done this before so hopefully it's an easy thing to do.

Follow the instructions, its a matter of putting the chip in carefully and correctly.

What changer do you have?
Standard SC changer use a 27c512 chip, you can easy switch it by useing a small screw driver.
American ,Standard EC use Coinco BA30 or 50 accepter, you can have any Coinco dealer in your area reburn the new chip ,I never change new chip, always get them reburn.
Mars accepter ,you can buy a new chip or ask factory for it.Almost every vending supply company sell them, cost $20.
As long as your hardware(PC board) is update, sofeware(chip) is cheap for the newer machines.
