I'm currently with the CLA (St. Paul), and have a renewal coming up. I've been pretty happy with these guys, but its always a good idea to get competitive quotes. Among other things they provided free boiler inspections.
Who are you using?
Do you like them and why?
Can you give a contact number?
Thanks
Charlie

I went through my local independent insurance office.
They recommended Zurich.
The price was acceptable. Luckily I haven't had a claim yet.

I have CLA for 1 mat, and Firemans Fund for a couple. The price was a little cheaper using Firemans Fund, and they were the existing insurrer when I bt the place, so I stayed.
A local independant agent might be able to get you a quote from them

I have Country Companies for my insurance. They were the insurers before I bought it, so I stayed with them.
I pay $1700 a year. That includes 1 million liability, loss of revenue insurance, building insurance (I own the building), and vandalism/broken glass insurance.
Don't really know if that is good or not. It was just easy to continue on with the same broker and policy at the time of purchase.
For those of you in Michigan try Michigan Institute of Laundry and Dry Cleaning for your insurance needs. I am not a salesman, I am a customer. Best rates I have found for Work Comp and liability/loss.

IFI dropped Fireman's Fund as their associated insurance program. For horrifying details of one person's problems with Fireman's fund check out this link.
