what does CAM mean? I have seen this on several posts and in the business plan template. I am jazzed about getting a loan and opening a mat in a site where there are no mats in a 6 - 8 mile radius so it will need to be built. I have found the perfect location in a strip mall and will call after the holiday about the price of the lease. So many questions, where should I begin? help, help, help!!

The landlord charges this in addition to rent
supposedly the landlord uses this money to clean ans light the parking lot, landscape maintenance, that sort of thing that cannot be attributed to any particular unit within the property
