I have two separate but similar door lock problems:

1. W75 cuts on and off. Fiddling with the door handle will make it resume its cycle.

2. W125 blows fuse occasionally. I think the door lock is the culprit.

Is there any service procedure to correct these problems or do I have to replace the door lock?

Thanks!

You may need to replace your door lock, you can not rebuild those coin lock unless you send them out.I sold all my Gen5 a few years ago because the door lock drive me nuts!

It sounds like the metal arm is bent or worn. This arm strikes the red switch on the lock. Try "GENTLY" bending it up a little so that its activation point is closer to the switch.
As far as the machine with the fuse problem....... Are the fuses blown or "worn out" ? We find that the gen 5's seem to ware out fuses for no apparent reason. Are you using slo blo or fast blo fuses ? Specs call for 1.25 amp slo blo fuse, We usually replace with 2 amp fast blo with better results.
