I have problems with my Soda as well as snack machine.

1. Snack Machine:

Stopped accepting coins. When I put coins in it comes out of coin return chute. When I put in dollar bill, it works fine and dispenses correct change.


2. Soda Machine

Accepts coins but bill gets jammed just where it enters. The bill goes in about an inch and gets stuck. It has USA bill acceptor. The acceptors says to access bottom of the acceptor pull at the bottom but I can't open it. I tried pulling it out from the bottom, top and in all directions but I can't open it to see if there is something stuck around the rollers.

Fixed both problems. Coin acceptor in snack machine had some coins stuck inside.

Dollar Acceptor in Soda machine after I took it apart and fiddled with it for 30 minutes, it started working. Still don't know what was the problem.

Snack machine:

Check the coin mech for any stuck coins or debris that may be in it.

Every so often you need to take out the top of the coin mech and clean it out with soap and water (hot water), dry it real good. If the Mech is a coin co, turn it on the back side of the mech and you will see a small spring, this spring can be pushed together and lifted up. This is the area where all the dimes get stuck. Clean this area real good and then put the spring connector back. Use a silicon spray on the top portion of the mech and rub it in good like you were polishing a car. This will give you a real good clean surface that allows the coins to pass through easily. In addition, check the bottom portion of the mech to make sure no coins are stuck or jammed in the body of the mech.
